Education Programs
The Water Education Foundation offers a broad range of water education
programs and workshops, including the following:
California Water Story: An Upper elementary program where students learn
about California geography, history and resources. This is our most popular
program.

Conserve Water: Hands on water conservation activities and case studies
for secondary students, from Project WET.
Healthy Water Healthy People: Secondary lessons about the science behind
water quality testing and stream monitoring.

Fountains of Columbia: A video docudrama and lessons about water and
the Gold Rush.
Groundwater Education for Secondary Students: Science lessons on groundwater,
including topics such as porosity, permeability, wells, aquifers, and
water quality.
