Australia-China Council comes on board as a supporter

The Australia-China Council (ACC) was established
by the Australian Government in 1978 to promote mutual understanding
and foster people-to-people relations between Australia and China.
The Council aims to broaden and deepen relations between Australia
and China by:
-
fostering in Australia a greater awareness and understanding
of China and fostering in China a greater awareness and
understanding of Australia.
-
developing and expanding the areas of contact and exchange
between Australia and China and their people.
With these goals in mind, the Australia-China Council has agreed
to financially support the development of the Ollie Project in
China.
They believe the Ollie project will not only fulfil
the Council’s goals and objectives but it will give students
and teachers across China the opportunity to carry out positive
actions for their own community environments.
