ReefEd – is an excellent multimedia education website developed for educators and students by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority. Its home page address is http://www.reefed.edu.au

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority is mainly concerned with legal aspects of marine conservation and to support this they have created some great interactive elements about various aspects of marine conservation. http://www.amsa.gov.au/me/index.asp

The Australian Marine Environmental Protection Association has developed a terrific program called Marine Pests and Threats. It has been designed for junior secondary students to learn about two of the major threats to our marine environment. Through activities, information and web links the program explores marine debris and invasive marine pests.
