Ollie enjoys a bat cave in SA
The South Australian South East Environmental Education Group invited Ollie’s Mum to showcase Ollie at a Climate Change workshop for teachers in the region. Approximately 60 teachers attended this event on the 5th April 2008 and were seated in the spectacular Naracoorte Caves to listen to the presenters.
Later participants travelled to some of the most precious fossil caves in Australia and listened to an interesting talk from one of the park rangers. Then it was on to a special “Bat cave” to listen to the Ollie presentation. All participants enjoyed the interactivity of the programs and stated that they would use the program in their classroom activities.
