Recycling Batteries

Portable rechargeable batteries can be taken to one of thousands of drop-off sites around the country for recycling. The batteries are shipped to a recycling facility where the reclaimed materials are recycled back into new batteries or stainless steel products. The types of batteries which can be recycled include those found in cordless power tools, cellular and cordless phones, laptop computers, two-way radios, camcorders, digital cameras, and remote control toys.
